For instance, if your college, school, or unit has old research documents or paperwork with account numbers or student information that you need to be destroyed, please submit a Shredding Authorization Form that will automatically go to Records Management and UT Mail Services. Document Solutions’ shredding services are conducted in a separate stand-alone building on campus and only certified Document Solutions employees are permitted in the building.
