Almost every time we work with Document Solutions, particularly Printing Services, it feels as if we are their only customers. The staff is very attentive to our specific needs and highly responsive to our requests and questions. Our Center annually hosts and attends numerous conferences and releases several national research reports, so having this solid relationship with the Document Solutions team is extremely valuable to our overall performance. This past year we were able to outsource some of our very important Survey Operations duplication, which provided us with the additional time we needed to work with our member colleges.
